First, implementing to others by the cost plus fixed/ incentive fee:
This service is for the customers who own a land space and would like to share it or have the desire to build a structure whether it’s for a housing, or commercial purpose. In this service, the company is implementing all the work from issuing licenses, designing work, and implementing. The customer should pay the deposit determined in the contract and the company will submit a statement of all the expenses to the customer with all the purchase invoices related to the project at each period specified and agreed upon in the contract provided, that the customer pays the expenses included in the statement. In addition to the agreed percentage in the contract.
Second, implementing to others in the measurement anddemodulators way:
This service is for the customers who own a land spaceand would like to share it or have the desire to build astructure whether it’s for a housing, or commercial purpose.In this service, the company is implementing all thework from issuing licenses, designing work, and implementing.The customer should pay the deposit determinedin the contract and the company executes thestages of the project with the work of extract each fixedperiod to be agreed upon when the contract and thequantities according to what has been implemented andthe prices are according to the prices contained in thescale and then the customer to pay the value of theextract to the company to enable it to continue implementation.
Third Participation service:
This service is for the customers who own a land spaceand would like to share it or have the desire to build astructure whether it’s for a housing, or commercial purpose.In this service, the company is implementing allthe work from issuing licenses, designing work, implementingand bearing all expenses thereto, possess a partof the structure so that the ratio of this part to the structureis equal to the percentage of the commissioning ofthe business to the value of the land at the time of thecontract.
Fourth, sale and Leasing Service:
This service is for the customers who wish to rent or ownresidential, administrative or commercial units availablefrom the company. This could be done by visiting thesales page for the statement available to the company.
